You will collaborate on KPI execution, monitor listing hijackers, manage reporting for Brand Registry, and handle account health tasks with Excel-based analyses.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Marketing Analyst and Head of Strategy to meet company KPIs.
• Monitor and address hijackers / copycats on listings.
• Reporting to Brand Registry and account health monitoring.
• Troubleshooting problems on Seller Central.
• Listing management and weekly/monthly reporting for trends and insights.
• Excel-based reporting and ad hoc admin tasks.

Job description

Job Purpose

The Amazon Account Manager (Remote work position) will be a key member of the team, seeking to work for a growing digital marketing agency. This role provides administrative, operational, and Seller Central support to help drive the growth of Black Compass Digital’s business and its clients. This role will be a partner to the stakeholders by providing quality, transparent and meaningful reporting and analyses to support key business decisions. This is a full time job with the expectations of working 40 hours per week.
