Job summary

Lago is hiring an Account Health Specialist to safeguard Amazon Seller Central accounts and maintain peak performance. This remote role prefers LATAM, with a Monday–Friday schedule and full-time employment within Ecommerce Operations.

You will monitor health dashboards, draft POAs, resolve policy violations, and communicate with Seller Support while safeguarding client accounts across multiple marketplaces.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Amazon Seller Central experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Experience writing successful Plans of Action (POAs).
• Experience handling Amazon account suspensions.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Account Health metrics.
• Knowledge of Amazon performance policies.
• Excellent written English communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple Amazon accounts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Amazon Seller Central Account Health dashboards daily and track key metrics.
• Identify and resolve account health violations including warnings and notices.
• Draft, submit, and manage Plans of Action (POAs) and Appeals.
• Communicate with Amazon Seller Support to resolve issues promptly.
• Audit listings and activity to identify compliance risks.
• Collaborate with Listing and Cases teams for corrective actions.
• Maintain records of issues, actions, and outcomes.
• Stay current with policy updates and inform stakeholders.
• Provide regular health reports to managers and leadership.
• Educate internal teams on best practices to avoid violations.
