Job summary

Almo Corporation, a leading distributor of appliances, electronics, and pro A/V, seeks an Amazon Account Specialist to manage and optimize execution on the Amazon platform while supporting strategic account management.

You will ensure catalog integrity, promotional accuracy, and compliance with Amazon standards, collaborating with sales, supply chain, marketing, and customer service to drive growth and brand presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of e-commerce account management and/or operations on major platforms.
• Direct experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
• Demonstrated ability to manage item setup, availability monitoring, and online merchandising support.
• Experience with Cost Support Agreement (CSA) setup and reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and data analysis; proficient in Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts, ensuring listings, pricing, and promotions are live and accurate.
• Collaborate with internal brand teams to align goals and promotional strategies.
• Monitor item availability, sell-through, and readiness with CSM and brand partners.
• Onboard and maintain SKUs, ensure data accuracy and compliance with Amazon standards.
• Coordinate with finance and sales on CSAs.
• Work with sales, supply chain, marketing, compliance, and customer service to execute promotions and priorities.
• Track performance metrics related to Amazon operations, inventory, and promotions; share insights.
• Troubleshoot catalog or content issues and ensure data meets listing standards.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and strategies to enhance brand presence on Amazon.
