ALMO CORPORATION is seeking an Account Specialist to manage Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotions are live and optimized. You will partner with brand stakeholders to monitor availability and drive growth across the Amazon platform.

The role combines hands-on operations with brand management, emphasizing catalog integrity, promotional accuracy, and compliance with Amazon standards to deliver operational excellence and measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of e-commerce account management, marketplace operations, or online retail experience.
• Experience managing catalogs, content, pricing, promotions, and inventory on major e-commerce platforms.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to analyze data in Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts; ensure listings, pricing, and promotions are accurate and optimized.
• Collaborate with brand stakeholders to align goals and promotional strategies.
• Monitor availability and sell-through; drive growth opportunities.
• Oversee SKU onboarding and data accuracy; ensure compliance with Amazon standards.
• Coordinate with finance and sales; administer CSAs and reconcile with internal teams.
• Work with sales, supply chain, marketing, compliance, and customer service to execute promotions and priorities.
• Track performance metrics related to Amazon operations, inventory, and promotions; share insights with partners.
• Troubleshoot catalog or content issues and ensure item-level data meets listing standards.
• Resolve SKU suppressions and listing errors to maintain catalog health.
