Were looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional AM/PM Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys creating great guest experiences, thrives in a hospitality setting, and values a welcoming, team-oriented work environment.
Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any inquiries during their stay
Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and payment processing accurately
Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and area events
Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally
Balance daily transactions and prepare end-of-shift reports
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Bartend in the lobby bar on slower evenings when a bartender is not scheduled
Prepare and serve beverages responsibly
Maintain bar cleanliness and inventory
Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor
Basic computer and POS system skills (experience with hotel management systems a plus)
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
Must be at least 18 years old
