Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes, portion standards, and guest preferences.
• Set up and tear down of bars as needed.
• Greet guests, take accurate orders, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Verify identification and follow alcohol-service laws and company policies.
• Process cash and card transactions using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.
• Assist with event set and teardown.
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.

• Set up and tear down of bars as needed.
• Assist with event set and teardown
• Greet guests promptly, take accurate orders, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Verify identification and follow all applicable alcohol-service laws and company policies.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and notify management of shortages or equipment issues.
• Follow responsible service procedures.
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and *escalate* issues when appropriate.
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or beverage-service experience preferred; training may be available for the right candidate.

Schedule and Compensation

Part-time hours will include evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Compensation includes an hourly wage plus tips, based on experience and applicable law. Specific availability and pay details will be discussed during the hiring process.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently reach and bend, and safely lift and carry supplies weighing up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
