Job summary

The DoubleTree by Hilton Colorado Springs is seeking a full-time AM Cook to prepare and cook breakfast or lunch items, set up and stock the station, and maintain safety and sanitation standards.

You will work with servers and kitchen staff, perform mise en place, and ensure timely, high-quality plates. Candidates should have 1–2 years of cooking experience, reliability for early shifts, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional cooking experience in a restaurant or diner.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and food safety guidelines.
• Ability to maintain safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Station setup and mise en place for assigned station.
• Prepare and cook breakfast or lunch items following recipes.

• Cleanliness and sanitation of workstation and surfaces.
