Hotel Equities is seeking a Breakfast Attendant/Grill Cook for the SpringHill Suites & Element Colorado Springs. Greet guests, ensure a quality dining experience, and prepare breakfast items in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will maintain food safety standards, assist with menu planning, and collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality meals and outstanding guest service at the Colorado Springs property.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dietary department, culinary arts, or restaurant kitchens preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations.
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation and food handling.
• Experience with menu planning, fine dining, or catering is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a quality dining experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Prepare, cook, and plate breakfast items according to standards.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety in the grill station.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely orders.
• Assist with catering events as needed.
