Job summary

Atlas Hospitality Group (AHG) seeks a motivated Line Cook for our CO.A.T.I. concept in Colorado Springs. You will prepare dishes to established recipes, follow food safety standards, and collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are cooked and presented promptly.

The position is part- or full-time with evenings, weekends and holidays required. Compensation starts at $15.50/hour during training; after training you’ll earn $13/hour plus tips (averages about $19/hour).

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure safety and quality.
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients.
• Ensure dishes are cooked to perfection and presented well.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to complete orders quickly.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work area.
• Assist in development of specials and prep lists.
• Continuously seek ways to improve dishes, processes, and customer experience.
