B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is hiring a Cook for the AM shift at the DoubleTree by Hilton McLean Tysons.

You will prepare and cook items to meet high brand standards, support other cooks, and ensure compliance with health regulations in a busy hotel kitchen. Ideal candidates have a culinary background, a minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred or required.
• 1 year of progressive cook or kitchen experience is required.
• Must be detail oriented and able to communicate well with all levels.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest level of food quality and production to standards.
• Perform daily line checks and support consistency and quality.
• Assist with menu changes and proper use records and photos.
• Maintain cost controls and follow procurement guidelines.
• Deliver excellent guest service and respond to concerns promptly.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, safe kitchen.
