Job summary

Embassy Suites in Blue Ash, Ohio is seeking a Breakfast Line Cook to start the day with our team and help guests enjoy a made-to-order breakfast experience. You will prepare cooked-to-order omelets, eggs, and griddle items in view of guests, keep the hot buffet stocked, and work with the breakfast attendants to keep mornings running smoothly.

Job description

Shift time: 5:30 am - 12:30 pm - 5 days/week.
Must be available on weekends.

You'll prepare cooked-to-order omelets, eggs, and griddle items in full view of guests while keeping the hot buffet stocked, fresh, and looking its best. Whether it's a busy weekday of business travelers or a packed Saturday with youth sports teams, you'll keep the line moving with speed, accuracy, and a friendly attitude.

In this role, you'll follow recipes and presentation standards, maintain proper food temperatures and safety practices, keep your station clean and organized, and work closely with the breakfast attendants and kitchen team to make every morning run smoothly. Early mornings are part of the job, but so are afternoons free, a consistent schedule, and the chance to make a real impression on guests before their day begins.

We're looking for someone with line or short-order cooking experience (breakfast experience is a plus), who stays calm under pressure, enjoys interacting with guests, and takes pride in putting out a great plate every time. Food handler certification is preferred or can be obtained after hire.
