The Ohio State University is seeking an Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement to lead alumni outreach, plan events, and manage volunteer programs. This role partners with internal teams and external constituents to enhance engagement and donor involvement.

The position requires strong communication, data literacy, and the ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends. Located in Columbus, hybrid work is available.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Strong collaboration and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with program planning and implementation.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements alumni engagement strategies and outreach programs.
• Plans, coordinates, and assesses events for alumni and partners.
• Recruits and manages alumni volunteers and training.
• Manages communications and training materials for alumni recruiters.
• Coordinates data entry and analysis using CRM and related systems.
• Represents the university at outreach activities and partnerships.
