The Ohio State University is seeking an Engagement and Alumni Relations Senior Associate on the Columbus campus to lead planning, coordination, and execution of alumni and donor events and programs. You will work with ASC colleagues to design meaningful experiences across 38 departments and 20+ centers, guiding engagement strategies and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

You will manage budgets, vendor contracts, and data in TAS, while collaborating with campus partners to maximize impact.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Two years of professional experience in event management or alumni relations.
• Experience with program planning and administration; managing high-level volunteers/donors.
• Familiarity with Content and Constituent Management Systems and web-based tools.
• Experience with digital communication and event tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Webex).

Aufgaben

• Lead planning and execution of ASC-owned events and programs.
• Coordinate logistics, timelines, and vendor contracts for events.
• Oversee budgets in coordination with the fiscal associate and measure outcomes.
• Maintain data in The Advancement System (TAS) and communicate with departments.
• Manage volunteers and support cross-campus collaboration for engagements.
