The Ohio State University is seeking an Assistant Director, Alumni Engagement to drive alumni-focused outreach within Undergraduate Admissions. You will lead strategy and programs, coordinate in-person and virtual events, recruit and manage alumni volunteers, and collaborate with the Alumni Association and Advancement partners.

This on-site role reports to the Associate Director of Outreach and Recruitment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field.
• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Early morning, evening and weekend hours required.

Responsabilidades

• Builds and implements alumni engagement strategy and outreach for targeted populations.
• Develops and assesses events and programs for alumni and partners.
• Recruits and manages alumni volunteers and oversaw training materials.
• Coordinates and implements donor-hosted admissions events with partners.
• Analyzes prospective student data to inform outreach efforts.
