The Ohio State University is seeking an Assistant Director for Alumni Engagement within the Undergraduate Admissions team. The role focuses on strategizing alumni engagement, planning and evaluating programs, and building strong partnerships to support recruitment efforts.

You will manage alumni volunteers, oversee training, and create communications for recruiters while collaborating with campus partners to drive targeted outreach and events. Evening/weekend hours are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field.
• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and resolve conflicts.
• Experience with program planning and implementation.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Early morning, evening and weekend hours required.
