Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Welder to support fabrication and assembly of industrial equipment. The role focuses on welding (about 40%), with fit-up, setup, and pipefitting also required. Training on 1st shift precedes a transition to 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm) in Florida, USA.

Levels 1–3 offer hourly pay ($25.00, $28.00, $31.00) plus a $2 shift differential and an annual production-based incentive. A $3,000 sign-on bonus and a potential 4% incentive are also provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience (Level 1)
• 3+ years of experience (Level 2)
• 5+ years of experience (Level 3)
• Prior TIG aluminum welding experience
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment; aluminum welding experience required
• Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and specifications; familiarity with AWS welding symbols required
• Strong understanding of mathematics, geometry and angles; adept in using the metric system
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a fast-paced work environment
• Willingness to work at heights up to 30 feet, in confined spaces, and lift up to 30 lbs

Responsabilités

• Perform welding operations in accordance with engineering specifications, industry standards, and quality requirements
• Utilize semi-automatic and manual welding processes to complete assigned work
• Perform fitting, cutting, grinding, and finishing operations as required
• Inspect completed welds for quality and identify any defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure proper operation of welding equipment
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and workplace regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
