Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Welder to support the fabrication and assembly of industrial equipment in a climate-controlled indoor environment. The role focuses on welding (primarily aluminum), fit-up, setup, and pipefitting under supervision, with most work on Level 1–3 pay scales and a shift differential.

Starting pay varies by level, with Level 1 at $25.00/hr, Level 2 at $28.00/hr, and Level 3 at $31.00/hr plus a $2 shift differential and production-based incentive.

Qualifications

• Experience with TIG aluminum welding required.
• Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and specs (AWS symbols).
• Strong math, geometry, and metric system skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations per engineering specs and quality standards.
• Utilize semi-automatic and manual welding processes to complete work.
• Fit, cut, grind, and finish components as needed.
• Inspect welds and identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean work area.
• Support relocation when needed.
