Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Welder to support the fabrication and assembly of heat exchangers in an indoor, climate-controlled environment. The role involves welding (primarily aluminum), pipefitting, setup, and fit-up under a Welding Supervisor.

Training on 1st shift, 7:00am–3:00pm, is required, with eventual permanent 1st shift. Compensation includes level-based hourly rates plus shift differential and incentives.

Qualifications

• Level-based welding experience: Level 1 (1+ yrs), Level 2 (3+ yrs), Level 3 (5+ yrs).
• Prior TIG aluminum welding experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and AWS symbols.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations per specifications and standards.
• Utilize semi-automatic and manual welding processes.
• Conduct fitting, cutting, grinding, and finishing as needed.
• Inspect welds and ensure quality, address defects.
• Maintain welding equipment and follow safety policies.
