David’s Bridal seeks an Alterations Customer Service Representative to join our Westminster alterations team. The CSR welcomes customers, schedules appointments, answers phones, and ensures a five-star service experience while coordinating with the Alterations Manager.

This part-time role emphasizes friendly, proactive service and accurate checkout. Requirements include a high school diploma, prior retail experience in apparel, some sewing familiarity, and comfort with a computerized POS system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person and over the phone.
• Manage customer flow and appointments to deliver a five-star experience.
• Explain alterations options and promote services and personalization.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations area and ensure accurate checkout.
