David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (Part-Time) to deliver exceptional support in the alterations department. You will greet customers, manage appointments, and coordinate with the alterations team while promoting services and maintaining store standards.

The role emphasizes friendly, proactive service and collaboration with store leadership to ensure a smooth customer journey and successful outcomes for alterations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers via phone, virtual chats, and in person with enthusiasm and clear communication.
• Manage customer flow using store systems to deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options; support inventory and special orders.
• Maintain store standards and assist with appointments and alterations coordination.
