David’s Bridal is hiring an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences in the alterations department. The CSR greets customers, schedules appointments, answers calls, and assists with pressing garments while maintaining high store standards.

The role emphasizes friendly, solution-focused interactions, collaboration with the alterations team, and promoting alterations services. Part-time hours are available with benefits and team bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person, adapting style to suit customers by problem solving and resolving conflict.
• Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver five-star customer experience.
• Meet all service vows and assist customers with alterations and related services.
• Maintain store standards and support a flawless shopping experience.
• Greet and escort customers to alterations and ensure items are ready for pickups.
