Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to welcome customers, schedule fittings, and ensure a five-star experience in-store. The CSR supports the Alterations team by answering calls, assisting customers, and processing appointments with care.

The role requires basic sewing awareness, comfort with POS systems, and a positive, proactive attitude to help clients prepare for their special day. This is a part-time position with team-oriented benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting customers face-to-face, over the phone or online.
• Comfort with resolving conflicts and problem solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with warmth in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Manage customer flow using store systems to ensure smooth service.
• Support alterations with a focus on five-star customer experience.
• Handle multiple customers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Explain alterations options and promote services offered.
• Maintain store standards and assist with inventory and checkout.
