David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional guest experience in-store and virtually. You will welcome customers, schedule fittings, answer calls, and collaborate with Alterations to ensure timely, high-quality results.

This part-time role favors friendly communicators with retail experience; sewing is helpful, and POS familiarity is a plus in a fast-paced environment where every guest is celebrated.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior sewing experience helpful but not required.
• Experience with a computerized POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers via phone, virtual chats, and in person with friendly enthusiasm.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and scheduling of fittings.
• Maintain store standards and assist with inventory and checkout processes.
• Collaborate with Alterations Manager to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
