Qualifications
1+ years in a sales, pre-sales, or product specialist role, preferably inside sales.
Extremely communicative, organized, and able to translate tech into customer value.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
Be the product authority for ~40 East Small City inside sales reps.
Deliver compelling product demos tailored to law enforcement use cases.
Assist with quoting and pricing packages for product offerings.
Join customer calls to address technical questions.
Run enablement sessions for the sales team.
Maintain demo environments and loaner gear.
Log demo activities in CRM and ensure smooth handoffs.
