Outrigger Resorts & Hotels in Lahaina, Hawaii seeks a guest-focused frontline associate to assist guests, operate a multi-line phone system, and coordinate communications for the hotel.

You will handle wake-up calls, guest requests, messages, amenity prep, and parking-related tasks while supporting administrative duties. This role requires calm under pressure, superior communication, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest-service orientation.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor.
• Strong teamwork and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Operate a multi-line telephone system and direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Provide guest requests for wake-up calls and information, and manage messages for guests and staff.
• Prepare amenity lists, manage key inventories, and perform radio checks.
• Sort internal mail and coordinate emergency communications with hotel personnel.
• Operate parking gates to assist guests with entry/exit and support administrative tasks as needed.
• Work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with excellent customer service.
