Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or experience in hospitality.
• Experience in customer service or guest relations preferred.
• Valid driver license preferred.
• Guard Card completing required for security responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and maintain an inviting atmosphere.
• Assist guests with directions, hotel information, and local attractions.
• Support Bell Services and Front Desk during peak periods.
• Escort guests to rooms and public areas as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, hours, promotions and events.
• Coordinate transportation requests and parking assistance.
• Assist with emergency procedures and safety protocols.
