Highgate Hotels is seeking a House Attendant in Honolulu to maintain cleanliness of guest areas and assist in delivering items to guestrooms. This role emphasizes strong guest service and adherence to hotel standards.

Responsibilities include floor care, carpet and furniture maintenance, luggage help, and knowledge of emergency procedures. The position offers an hourly compensation with comprehensive benefits and a $300 sign-on bonus after 180 days of continuous employment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Must be able to stand for entire shift.
• Must effectively communicate with all employees and guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs occasionally and up to 50 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards.
• Shampoo carpets in public areas per standards.
• Shampoo furniture as needed.
• Handle luggage requests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Clean guestrooms as needed.
• Know and assist in emergency procedures.
• Maintain hotel equipment in good working order.
• Store hotel equipment properly.
• Complete special projects as assigned by Housekeeping Manager.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
