Job summary

Highgate is seeking a Front Office Manager for the Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach in Honolulu. You will oversee guest services, maximize room revenue and lead a team to deliver exceptional experiences at our landmark Waikiki property.

The role requires at least 3 years of progressive hotel front office experience and leadership. Knowledge of Opera PMS and multilingual abilities are preferred, with a focus on maintaining Highgate standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel front office.
• Previous management experience required.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS preferred.
• Multilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests, problems and complaints with follow-up.
• Motivate, train and counsel Front Office staff.
• Lead hiring and interviews per Highgate standards.
• Maintain revenue and occupancy by monitoring room inventory.
• Ensure adherence to policies and SOPs.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback.
