Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a courteous Hotel Ambassador in Honolulu, Hawaii. You will welcome guests, assist with directions and local activities, and support Bell Services during peak periods.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and prior customer service or hospitality experience. A driver license is preferred and you will uphold the high standards of aloha service across lobby and public areas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or guest relations experience preferred.
• Valid driver license preferred.
• Guard Card

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival, departure, and throughout their stay.
• Acts as an approachable Hotel Ambassador and creates a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby and public areas.
• Assists guests with directions, hotel information, resort amenities, transportation options, and local attractions.
• Maintains knowledge of hotel services, operating hours, promotions, events, and local attractions.
