John Burroughs Agency in Houston, Texas seeks energetic individuals to join our agency sales team as Full-Time Account Manager. You will help customers select products while growing your sales career, with a base salary plus commission.

Entry-level candidates start at $35,000 with up to $35,000 in commission in your first year; experienced reps start at $45,000 with top earners averaging $45,000 in commission. Ongoing education and mentorship provided.

Qualifications

• Be able to obtain or currently possess a property & casualty insurance license. Must obtain license within thirty days of hire. Licensing assistance available.
• Insurance experience is preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
