• Licensed in TX for Property & Casualty and Life insurance.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain licenses as required.

Job Description

We are looking for an Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing agency.

You do NOT need previous insurance sales experience. We can teach you insurance and provide the training and study materials you need to get licensed.

If you are someone who likes to compete, wants to improve, takes coaching well and wants your income to grow based on your performance, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound follow up calls to prospects
• Foster and maintain excellent relationships with prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support.
• Build rapport and Present proposal to potential customers
• Explain coverage and value
• Ask for the sale and close new business
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Look for additional household opportunities and referrals
• Maintain accurate notes and customer information in our systems
• Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, provide expertise and answer questions, and participate in formal and informal meetings as needed.
• Maintain CE and participate in ongoing education and keep informed regarding industry information, new product information, legislation, coverages, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
• Work as part of a competitive and supportive sales team!
