Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a National Alliance Manager for Microsoft to drive the partner strategy within the Enterprise and Global segments.

You will collaborate with Microsoft stakeholders to achieve goals, run GTM initiatives, and convert partnerships into opportunities. As SHI's ambassador for Microsoft, you will manage relationships, coordinate monthly/quarterly planning, and report on KPIs while supporting sales growth and joint campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience building and managing partner or client relationships.
• Experience supporting sales opportunities and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Microsoft partnerships within SHI's Enterprise and Global segment.
• Lead partner planning discussions and quarterly business reviews.
• Drive territory and industry-based performance targets, including pipeline, bookings, and billings.
• Deliver partner co-sell best practices training and enablement programs.
