Job summary

Organon is seeking a Territory Business Manager for Allergy in North/Central New Jersey to drive product awareness and sales within a defined territory. The role focuses on building relationships with physicians and healthcare staff, delivering clinically relevant information, and exceeding product goals while complying with regulations.

The position covers North New Jersey and the Tri-State Area; residence in the territory is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven role (dermatology/medical device/pharma preferred).
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Demonstration of sustained high performance and learning aptitude.
• Ability to travel as required by territory and to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and customer networks using local market knowledge.
• Promote dermatology products to healthcare professionals with compliant information.
• Engage physicians and health professionals to deliver clinical information and exceed goals.
• Utilize marketplace and reimbursement knowledge to prioritize opportunities.
• Apply direct selling techniques and market strategies to grow product demand.
• Coordinate with field-based personnel to address customer needs and ensure service quality.
• Engage with every member of a healthcare office and manage total account relationships.
• Build relationships within the Dermatology community and related organizations.
• Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner.
