Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for an on-site, live-in role at a rural summer camp. You will oversee all prep and production for a day part, manage staff, and enforce allergen safety across high-volume operations.

This seasonal contract runs May–Sept, with full-room-and-board, travel support, and a competitive pay plus bonus structure. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced camp environment and lead a dynamic culinary team.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date (company-sponsored).
• Strong leadership and cooking skills; able to navigate I-Pad; identify Big 9 Allergens; sharp problem-solving abilities.

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee prep and production for designated day part; ensure on-time meal service.
• Manage allergen protocols (Kosher, Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan, etc.) and maintain sanitation standards.
