ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate in Allentown. This role focuses on selling ADP payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients, from Fortune 100s to small businesses.

You’ll serve as a consultative partner and leverage ADP’s tools to build a robust book of business with high-ethics standards. You’ll have daily goals around dials, talk time, and appointments, and enjoy autonomy, a set Monday–Friday schedule, and virtual appointments with no travel.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
• College degree is great but not required.
• Military experience can help build team and client relationships, negotiation, and resilience.
