Job summary

Centennial-Bank is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Assistant Technician for its Amarillo, TX locations. The role supports general facility upkeep, exterior maintenance, and preventive tasks across branch premises.

The position requires hands-on maintenance ability, a valid driver's license, and the capacity to work both day and after-hours emergencies. Strong organizational skills are a must.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to four years of high school or GED, plus 2 years related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to read and interpret basic instructions and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility infrastructure upkeep at branch locations.
• Assist with exterior maintenance, lawn care, power washing, and trash pickup.
• Report unsafe electrical conditions promptly.
• Assist with preventive maintenance including filter changes and oiling mechanical systems.
• Maintain assigned vehicle and respond to emergencies during/after hours.
• Process paperwork and maintain logs/receipts; keep storage and warehouse organized.
