Happy State Bank is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to provide hands-on maintenance across branch locations. The role requires performing carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair tasks to keep facilities safe and functional.

The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, the ability to read blueprints, and a valid driver's license. This full-time position involves field work in a dynamic banking environment with emphasis on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus on-the-job training in a maintenance or related field.
• 5 years related experience and 2 years related management experience or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to read blueprints or architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic carpentry repairs for structures and fixtures.
• Perform basic electrical repairs for switches, outlets, lighting, and wiring.
• Identify and repair plumbing leaks and maintain drainage systems.
• Repair and maintain HVAC systems and equipment.
• Move furniture and equipment; maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Complete maintenance tickets and document work performed.
