Job summary

The Patterson Group, part of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support transaction management and client service in Alexandria, VA. The role focuses on organizing, coordinating, and communicating across teams to ensure smooth real estate transactions.

You will work in-office, handle scheduling, maintain files, and assist with bookkeeping and vendor coordination, contributing to a high-standard client experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage transactions from contract ratification through settlement.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and vendors.
• Schedule inspections, appraisals, walkthroughs, and settlements.
• Deliver concierge-level client service throughout transactions.
• Support day-to-day operations and basic bookkeeping.
