Job summary

Sotheby’s International Realty in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Marketing/Operations Associate to support real estate advisors with brokerage operations and marketing. Based in the Bethesda office, you will train staff on company tools, assist with brochures, emails, and social graphics, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You will report to the Managing Broker and Marketing Managers, with oversight from leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• InDesign and Photoshop proficiency desired.
• Strong organizational, analytical and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: primary in-office contact for onboarding, provisioning accounts and updating advisor profiles.
• Listing Management: ensure listings meet quality standards and manage media uploads.
• Transaction Management: train and support Brokerage Engine usage and troubleshoot submissions.
• Marketing Platforms: train advisors on platforms like BrightMLS, Rechat, Elevate, and more.
• Marketing Production: assist with email, print, and social media materials and templates.
• Training and Support: deliver tailored training and resolve platform issues.
• Office Management: coordinate office operations, inventory, and supplies, and support IT needs.
