Job summary

Tenna is seeking a highly motivated Regional Account Executive based in Albany, NY to own new business across a defined territory. You will hunt, demo, negotiate, and close deals, engaging C-level executives and field-based teams to drive revenue growth.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 70%), a deep understanding of enterprise software sales, and a track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly plans. Albany residency or relocation is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience selling enterprise software to construction or related industries.
• Demonstrated success in Enterprise SaaS sales.
• 7+ years’ experience facilitating all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation and closing.

Responsibilities

• Owns acquisition of and closes new business for defined geographic territories/states.
• Sells to C-level executives, VPs, and field-based employees.
• Leads product demonstrations and drafts proposals/contracts per Tenna’s procedures.
• Negotiates contracts and closes deals with tailored micro-strategies.
• Travels to meet prospective customers and conducts outreach via phone and email.
