Responsibilities

• Complete guest registration and checkout processes.
• Respond to guest inquiries with accurate information and a positive attitude.
• Provide consistent communication with guest services and the Front Office Manager.
• Maintain familiarity with Bell Desk, Front Desk, Night Audit, Recreation and Reservations operations.
• Develop knowledge of Alyeska Resort activities and local points of interest for guests.
