Job summary

Alyeska Resort in Girdwood, Alaska is seeking a Front Desk Agent to create a warm first impression and deliver high-quality guest experiences. You will check guests in and out, answer questions, and communicate with other hotel teams to ensure smooth service.

The role requires strong communication, computer literacy, and prior front desk experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with nights, weekends, and holidays, and benefit from housing options, health insurance, and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with guests of all ages and levels.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Previous front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete guest registration and check-out.
• Respond to guest inquiries with a positive attitude.
• Provide constant communications with guest services and Front Office Manager.
• Maintain familiarity with Bell Desk, Front Desk, Night Audit, Recreation and Reservations including hotel computer system.
• Develop knowledge of Alyeska Resort activities and local attractions for guests.
