Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-2 years of alarm experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record is required.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to work 80% of time in the field.

Responsabilités

• Test backup batteries, keypad programming, sirens, and all security features for proper functioning.
• Troubleshoot to identify repair needs and report defective material.
• Repair security systems, alarm devices, and related equipment.
• Inspect systems for loose connections or damaged insulation.
• Explain system details and the causes of false alarms to customers.
• Maintain a clean work area and provide excellent customer service.
