Responsibilities

• Provides troubleshooting to identify repair needs.

• Repairs security systems, alarm devices, and related equipment.
• Inspects systems to locate problems like loose connections or damaged insulation.
• Demonstrates systems and explains false alarm causes and consequences.
• Cleans up work area after service.
• Delivers excellent customer service aligned with company mission.
