Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of fire alarm experience and low voltage experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License
• Safe driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to work 80% of the time in the field

Responsibilities

• Install and wire alarm system per local building and fire code.
• Read, understand, and follow blueprints.
• Conduct a proper test and inspection.
• Troubleshoot and service a fire alarm system.
• Communicate expectations with customers.
• Examines systems to locate problems such as loose connections or broken insulation.
• Demonstrates systems and explains the causes and consequences of false alarms.
• Cleans up debris from the alarm service work area.
• Provides excellent customer service that aligns with the company's mission statement.
