Job summary

Circle K is hiring a Store Manager for the Great Lakes region at 440 W Market St, Akron, Ohio. This on-site leadership role requires recruiting, training, and supervising staff, maintaining store appearance, and delivering excellent customer service in line with Circle K standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, retail experience, basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and strong English communication. Salary ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff and use a computer at the site.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to maintain store standards and image.
• Schedule employees within company guidelines to maximize service.
• Handle inventory control, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Monitor safety, posters and signs, and maintain community relations.
