• Ability to supervise and train staff using equipment and materials listed in CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use a computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop and assign tasks to maintain a clean, well-stocked site.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and site image.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management.
• Organize files, reports, and training materials; ensure posters are visible.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
