Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/LSR/SA role descriptions.
• Ability to use computer to run reports, manage inventory and cash controls.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees and recruit/train staff.
• Develop tasks to keep store clean, stocked, organized and well-kept.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and store image.
• Build professional relationships with suppliers and resolve complaints promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and ensure training meets company standards.
• Communicate updates and hold periodic team meetings.
• Organize store files, reports and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and margins.
