Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager for the Great Lakes BU - Region 02 - Market 02 in Columbus, OH. The role is full-time and requires leadership to supervise and train staff, manage daily store operations, and ensure excellent customer service.

A HS diploma or GED and retail experience are preferred, with strong English communication and a valid driver's license required. Responsibilities include recruiting and scheduling, inventory and cash control, and maintaining store image and safety

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to analyze reports and perform inventory and cash control.
• English communication required.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Plan tasks, maintain stocked, clean site per company standards.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service.
• Develop professional relationships with suppliers and resolve complaints.
• Train staff on safety procedures and site safety awareness.
• Communicate effectively with all site employees and managers.
