Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to use a computer to analyze reports, inventory, cash, and forms.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees and ensures excellent customer service.
• Recruits, hires and trains staff following company standards.
• Schedules employees within guidelines to meet business needs and maximize customer service.
• Keeps store clean, organized, stocked, and well-kept per Company standards.
• Manages supplier relationships and promptly resolves customer complaints.
